Jesus Christ for All Nations is a multifaceted outreach ministry located in Fremont, CA.
It rests under the covering of Pastor Willie M. Harper and his wife, Co-Pastor Roxane Harper.
JCFANS, as we are affectionately known, began as a vision in the heart and mind of Pastor Willie and Roxane Harper. While living in Houston, Texas in 1985, Pastor and Sister Harper were called by God to early morning prayer and given the vision of a church in the Bay Area filled with people whose hands were lifted up worshipping God. These people were of every nationality, and they were joined together in unity and in purpose.
Pastor Willie and Roxane nurtured this vision and shortly after they were ordained and commissioned by Pastor Joseph Scott of Camden, New Jersey in November of 1986, they moved and established meetings in their home in Belmont, CA. Even then, its foundation stood firm on prayer, praise and every word of God.
In June of 1991, under the leading of God, JCFANS became a non-denominational independent ministry. (Acts 2:41-47; 26:22-23)
JCFANS have grown and moved steadfast in prayer and praise. Many miracles of healing, deliverance, and salvation were experienced as the Lord repaired marriages, freed captives, and filled broken hearts with joy and peace. We have always believed that Jesus should be loved with our whole heart, mind, body and strength. And, that a pure relationship with Him is the only hope for a lost and dying world. Because JCFAN has neither compromised the word of God, denied the name of Jesus, nor turned away from a holy consecrated lifestyle, we know that God's glory, favor and power is always with us.
God continues to manifest His plan for our ministry. Together we stand, with hands lifted up, giving our Savior praise.
